☀☀☀Taranaki takes the sunshine crown yet again ☀☀☀ ...the brightest spot in Aotearoa and proving it year after year! All that sunshine is wonderful for getting out and about and keeping active… and a good reminder to look after ourselves while we enjoy it.

Slip on a shirt, slop on sunscreen, slap on a hat, wrap on sunglasses, and slide into the shade whenever you can. And remember, even on cloudy days those UV rays still get through.
