It usually means:
✨your blood sugar is swinging
✨you’re under-fuelled
✨your nervous system wants quick relief
👉Beating your self up and feeling guilty won’t fix that.
💖Support will.
Reducing sugar works best when your body feels safe — not restricted.

✨Before completely cutting out sugar, carbs, or comfort foods, your body needs stability.
👉Regular meals
👉Protein with each meal
👉Simple, familiar foods
This is how you calm the stress response and support digestion and energy.
Slow works💖.

I not surprised if your routine feels a bit haywire after Christmas and the holidays 🫣...
Your willpower isn’t broken.
And you don’t need a dramatic reset.
You’re simply transitioning — and transitions are meant to be gentle💕.
Real health isn’t about snapping back into control.
It’s about re-regulating your body after a period of change.
This week, your only job is to:
👉eat regularly
👉 drink some water
👉notice what your body is asking for
That’s enough to begin. 💕

After a couple of chaotic years, my word for 2026 is "Peace".
A few days ago it was a still evening after a rainy day. I watching the sunset and saw this fragment of a rainbow appear. It just made me feel so calm and peaceful and so the words of the 🌿"Druid Prayer for Peace" came to mind.../|\💕
