We are a bit slow to share this news, but better late than never. A few weeks ago our Rachel along with her classmates graduated from WITT - Level 5 Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

Not only did she graduate, but she absolutely nailed it and was awarded the very prestigious TOP Student award for 2025.
How bloody cool is that!

Rachel continues to impress us with her hard work and dedication to her craft and she is already an incredibly skilled therapist. She is a beautiful human and just very cool to have around.

Christmas gifting from Silk was a bit different this year.

Each year we try and come up with little thankyou gifts for our clients during Dec.. but we’ve changed it up and this year we put that money towards FOOD and TREATS!!!

Today I went supermarket shopping and threw in Xmas puddings, kids sweets and treats, crackers, mince pies, dips, shortbread and all things kind of unhealthy but super delicious and then dropped it all off to our amazing team at the New Plymouth Community Foodbank.

Maybe I should have gone for healthy and practical but this time of the year I thought we all deserve a treat so went all in- I don’t think I’ve ever spent that much money in one grocery shop in my life but it sure was fun!
