Ever since I came back to work after the winter break, I’ve been doing my best to catch up with the long waiting list. However, since there are still many patients who have been waiting for quite some time, I’ve decided to extend my working hours from next week (9 hours a day) through December.

I sincerely apologize to all my clients who have been waiting so patiently. I truly hope that by doing this, I can help you enjoy a comfortable, pain-free, and anxiety-free Christmas season.

After working six days a week for eight consecutive months this year, I’ve been reflecting on the patients I’ve been able to help—and those I couldn’t.
Now it’s time for a much-needed pause to recharge my energy for future practice. I will set my needles aside, clear my mind, and fill my heart, returning in September with a renewed spirit for all of you. See you soon!

I apologize again to the clients who are on the waitlist for longer time lately.

When I opened my clinic in this beautiful region of New Plymouth 7 years ago, I set up a principle that I would take ONLY ONE client at a time, regardless of circumstances, and I am still keeping that promise. This is simply because I don't want to be like a sewing machine rushing through treatments, but rather be an acupuncturist who provides care from the deepest heart.

Yes, I am still working hard Monday through Saturday and I am truly grateful for your understanding and patience.

I am finally going back to work from Monday, 2nd September. Hence, if you fall into any of the circumstances below, please let me know:

If you have already made an appointment with me in September but need to cancel, please let me know ASAP to allow the next person to fill in.

If you have been on my waiting list but your situation has changed somehow, please feel free to let me know as well.

If you are willing to make an appointment with me from September, please provide me with the range of your available times and days for booking. I will try to fit you in as soon as possible if any cancellations occur.

For prompt and effective communication, text, FB message, or email would be the best way, as I may not be able to answer the phone.

I am now bringing full of spiritual healing energy and inspiration from here, and I would like to share it with you! 🙏🙂

Recently, due to a significant increase in reservation demands from patients, the waiting list has become too long and overloaded to handle.

Therefore, to keep high quality of treatment, Reborn Acupuncture regretfully inform you that we would not be able to accept new patient reservations UNTIL THE END of MAY 2024.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I hope that this backlog will be resolved within a few weeks, so I will open the acceptance of appointments for new patients soon.

To my precious clients.

GLP-1 was initially developed for diabetes and has been shown to work as effectively as, or even more effectively than, SGLT2 inhibitors. Later, it was discovered that this drug has significant efficacy for weight loss, and a very recent study has found that it could improve motor function for Parkinson's disease as well(NEW ENGLAND JOURNAL of MEDICINE 13/04/2024).
It is still not entirely clear how it works for these disorders, but the fundamental principle of this medication is pointing in one direction: "reducing food consumption." If you would like to learn more about it and one of these condition applies to you, please let me know when you come for your next appointment."
