It’s Māori Language Week, and this year marks the 50th anniversary of Te Reo Māori becoming an official language.

The word for today is Moe, meaning "sleep". Sleep is essential for our wellbeing, and just as we embrace the language, let’s also embrace the importance of rest in our daily lives.

Whether you're resting at home or catching a power nap during your break, remember to take time for yourself and prioritise sleep.
