Welcome aboard Greer 👍

🌟Welcome Back, Greer!🩷
We're thrilled to welcome Greer back to the BounceBack Clinic team in New Plymouth!
Greer, originally from just outside Kerikeri, joins us after moving to Taranaki from Tauranga with her husband. She graduated with her Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) from AUT in 2020 and was previously part of the Body in Motion team in 2022.
Greer loves working with people of all ages and stages, using a collaborative approach to help them achieve their goals. She utilizes manual therapy, exercise, and dry needling (certified in 2021) to optimize outcomes for her patients.
Her special interests include:
➡️Pre and post-operative rehabilitation
➡️Women’s health
➡️Supporting older adults to maintain independence

Outside of the clinic, you'll find Greer exploring Taranaki with her husband, at her sewing machine, or on a Pilates reformer!

This decision was made due to ongoing challenges, including staffing shortages and increased compliance costs.

BounceBack continues to provide services at our New Plymouth and Waitara clinics.
Katyana, one of our dedicated team members, has been relocated to ensure we maintain the high standard of care you have come to expect.

Closure of BounceBack Bell Block Clinic – End of November

We regret to inform our valued patients and stakeholders that the BounceBack Bell Block clinic will be closing at the end of November. This decision has been made after careful consideration of several contributing factors, including ongoing challenges in recruiting qualified physiotherapy staff and rising compliance costs. Despite our best efforts, we have been unable to resolve these issues, leading to this difficult conclusion.

Please be assured that BounceBack will continue to provide services at our nearby locations in New Plymouth and Waitara, ensuring continuity of care for all patients. In addition, Katyana, one of our dedicated team members, will be relocated to continue her work within the organization at an alternative clinic.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause and deeply appreciate your understanding and support during this transition. Our team remains committed to delivering the highest standard of care at our remaining clinics.
