Kia ora!

Wishing you life & health. My wife, Barbra, and our 6 children moved to New Zealand in 2011 and chose New Plymouth in which to live and work. I studied medicine in New Orleans at Louisiana State University from 1991-1995. I trained in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in Little Rock at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences from 1995-1999. I then worked in private practice in Kentucky from 1999-2011. My interests involve all aspects of women’s health but mainly high risk Obstetrics and general Gynaecology. I work full time at Taranaki Base Hospital and one day per week at Southern Cross Hospital. I provide medical and surgical treatments for menstrual disorders, endometriosis, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and basic infertility. I am skilled in laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, including laparoscopic hysterectomy (minimally invasive surgery). I also can provide evaluation and treatment of abnormal cervical smears and colposcopy. I don’t offer private Obstetric care at this time. Please contact me by phone or email for an appointment. GP referrals are often helpful, but not required. Thank you for trusting me with your care.
