This morning I had the privilege of attending the opening of the new Eagars Funeral Home. Casey, Richard, and the entire team involved in this project have done an incredible job.

The building has been sensitively designed to support families during some of life's most difficult moments. Every detail reflects thoughtful consideration for those who will find comfort within these walls.

This is a massive achievement, and I know Casey's grandfather would be bursting with pride to see this vision brought to life. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this important community facility a reality..

Yesterday we bid farewell to Doug Wilkinson. This funeral was proof that not all funerals need to be the same. A deeply personal but very much fun funeral full of laughs, a visit from Queen Camilla herself and a posthumous happy 100th birthday. Rest well Doug x
