Rejecting the part of you that is traumatized freezes that part in time. It can't grow, there's no new ideas or new energy.
When you invite those parts back in and accept them they change and grow, their limited skills are updated. This doesn't mean you won't have to deal with certain issues ever again, but you will have a different perspective and a better response to triggers when they arise.
Accepting more of yourself helps you grow bigger and bigger. Expanding is what your soul is here to do.

Yes I know we are one week into 2026 already but I just wanted to come and wish everyone a happy new year. This year is all about new beginnings, so that feels pretty exciting to me.
