Wow. Love this. I take it work and use in the office for all staff to receive earths heartbeat.
Love that I can change the frequencies to what else may be needed. Just need to make a list of them now for easy reference.

I'm a alcoholic with with ptsd, low motivation... and very bad sleep habits... but since I started wearing my shungite pendant 24/7... things have started to improve.. .. to the extent I finally mowed the lawn.. after 4 years of neglect.. my sleep has been better.. and my all round attitude is feeling better.. .. next step is grounding sheet.. can't wait...

Due to a back injury giving me pain I decided to give the grounding sheet a go, I did get pain free withing 1 week and my sleep is much better, less waking up and more rested in the morning. I am very happy with the product.
