Every time I am blown away with the magical space that teaching Reiki creates.

I have a wee website :)

The lovely Maya, with the most incredible patience has set it up for me.

I am not very tech savvy yet even I can add things here and keep it up to date with ease

I'm looking forwards to adding all sorts of goodies here, like the odd meditation and activation.

I will also add for you info that I tend to repeat with my clients, especially new clients. About how our amazing bodies work energetically and spiritually.

I have had daily slumps before

Where you lose your MOJO

Your direction

I've just come through a month slump!

Lots of body challenges.

Not my norm thankfully. So much compassion for those that are currently dealing with this on the daily.. like not just flu but anywhere that your health is not 100

There has been a lot of growth for me during this period of slowing down. Of having to slow down lol.. I have a stubborn steak 😉

I'd love to know.. Do you also feel that spirit.. or that divine source that holds you.. that beats your heart..

That it gifts you with these times of reflection, of change?

And also gifts you the impact and income when you're on top of your game?

We are creatures of flow. Whether we intend it or not

Release yourself to that rhythm

Let go

Be open to release and receive

At least once Every day consciously ground into the earth, so your foundations stay solid as you bend and flex above

Stay well hydrated with good water or infusions

Listen to what your body desires to ingest

Take note and follow what you are drawn to that will enhance you.. books, teachings

Know that on the other side all will be even better than it was before

You are birthing the new you

A lot of us have battles that no one is ever aware of.
One of mine is my skin

My skin has always been my barometer. I came into this world itchy and inflamed.

It used to be a Me versus It scenario for many years. My skin and I…Like a war I fought to win, a constant battle that never really went away

As a child and a teenager especially… embarrassment, shame, pain. . broken, red and ugly

Certainly didn't help my already tattered self worth

The I’m going to beat this scenario never worked fo rme.

It was only when I grew to accept and love all parts of me. And to surrender and let it go..

It doesn't always be how I desire,
there still are times when it flares up again but I no longer hold it to blame.

No longer a victim

I accept these moments. I soften and listen….
I no longer cover up and hide

I am as I am
What you see is what you get ;)

And there are other times when together we glow ✨️

And if I desire to show some skin
Dance with kin (can't resist a good rhyme)
I'll be authentically true
No offense meant to you
So love it or F*ck it
Have a laugh or a curse.
I'm here for the joy germs
For better, no worse ;)

The more open and loving I am to myself the more love and acceptance I have for others 💛

This has been a bonus I never expected but adore
