Why your local Pharmacy isn't on strike today.

Today, thousands of health workers and educators are out marching for fair pay, safe staffing, and better funding.

We would love to be there too - but we can't

Pharmacists have to have " effective control" of our pharmacies, which means if we all joined the strike, it could be seen as collusion under competition law.

So, while others take to the streets, we are here behind the scenes upholding the service we provide to the community - but are cheering everyone on. Not because we don't care, but because if we closed the community would pay the price

Community Pharmacies are under real pressure, but we are doing everything we can to stay here for you.
