2025 is definitely a year I want to put behind me and move into 2026 putting all the focus on my own health and fitness…
I may be a coach but I know I’ve let myself slip a little, and that’s ok, it’s part of being human….
One thing I tell my clients with is to focus on the small things….
The 5 minute walk….
Drinking 1-2 litres of water per day
Making micro better choices rather than restricting themselves….
Building little mini habits and staking them…..
