Meet Leon 👋 Our newest physio here at NP Physiotherapy.

We asked him a few fun questions so you can get to know him a little better - swipe to see his answers!

Growing up in Taranaki and passionate about movement, Leon is fresh into the “real physio world” and brings curiosity, consistency, and a deep appreciation for what it means to rehab properly - especially after going through ACL rehab himself.

Resistance bands might look simple, but they’re one of our go-to tools for building strength and control.

We use them for rehab, injury prevention and helping people return to the things they love - whether that’s running, lifting or simply moving pain-free day to day.

Simple tools - available in-clinic for $35. ✨

Now available in the clinic: Two Islands Electrolytes💧

Hydration isn’t just about drinking more water, it’s about helping your body actually use it.

Electrolytes support energy, muscle function, and hydration by helping water move into your cells where it’s needed most.

They’re not just for athletes either. We lose electrolytes every day through:
• busy workdays
• warm weather
• exercise
• illness or stress

If you’re feeling flat, crampy, sluggish, or struggling to bounce back after training or long days on your feet, this could make a real difference.

Two Islands Electrolytes are now available in the clinic

January often brings fresh routines, new goals, and a return to movement.✨

If you’re easing back into things, go gently. Pay attention to how your body feels, not just what your plan says.

Consistency matters more than intensity.
There’s no rush - just momentum.
