Dear Friends and Clients,

A few of our clients have recently been asking about the full range of services that we offer here at Optimum Health and our qualifications. So we thought this was a great opportunity to educate our current clients on who we are and what we do. As you know both Joanna & I run a complimentary healthcare practice that offers a range of therapies and services to meet our client’s needs. We have been operating successfully for 20 years and have treated more than 100,000 people! Brendan trained as a Remedial Body Therapist, (NZQA diploma in Remedial Body Therapies) Craniosacral Therapist and a Prenatal and Birth Therapist. He also has a Graduate certificate in Hakomi, a mindfulness based somatic psychotherapy. In his spare time he teaches Craniosacral Therapy and facilitates personal sessions, as well as group process workshops. Brendan is a Registered member of A.P.P.P.A.H (the Association for Pre and Perinatal Psychology and Health) and P.A.C.T (the Pacific Association of Craniosacral Therapists). Joanna also practices as a Remedial Body Therapist (NZQA Dip in Remedial Body Therapies) and a Craniosacral Therapist. She is a Registered member of P.A.C.T and the Charter of Health Practitioners New Zealand. Jo has completed and graduated with her Certificate in Hakomi, a Mindfulness based psychotherapy. Jo has a certificate in Fitness Management from Otago University. OUR VALUES

Wow. So much happening…
We’ve got an Essentials of Craniosacral therapy workshop coming up in November. We’ve interest gathering for both another Practitioner Craniosacral training as well as our Post Grad Prenatal and Birth, facilitation and treatment program. So much fun. More details shortly.
