Thank you my beautiful wife for those words, they mean alot as I know it has been incredibly hard on you and our daughters at times and yes we see you, those that are struggling and sometimes just need a kind word and empathy
"The Heart Leads Where the Body Follows" ✨
Today, I want to share a deeply personal and proud moment from the Born to Adapt Aotearoa Marathon. Taking part in this event with my husband was a reminder that our spirits have no limits.
Many of you know that my husband has faced the challenge of limb loss. I’ve seen firsthand the physical pain and the emotional toll it takes to navigate a world that has changed in an instant. It’s a journey of immense courage, healing, and resilience.
I’m opening this space today to send a message of hope. To anyone who is currently struggling with physical loss or a disability: We see you. We understand that some days are an uphill battle, both for the body and the mind. But please know, you are not defined by what you’ve lost, but by the incredible strength you find every day to keep moving forward.
Let's support one another:
