Important notice for all Le Siam Thai Massage clients​ to ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please be aware of our parking policy. Our carpark is private, and a license plate recognition system is in use.​To avoid a parking fine, you MUST validate your parking.

​Here is a step-by-step guide to do it properly:

​Step 1: Park Your Vehicle

Find an available park in the Le Siam Thai Massage car park.

​Step 2: Go to the Validation Screen

As soon as you enter our reception area, you will see a tablet screen that says "Validate Your Parking Here."

​Step 3: Enter Your Vehicle Registration

On the screen, tap the box that says "Vehicle Registration Here, eg ABC124 *". Use the on-screen keyboard to carefully type in your full vehicle registration number.

​Step 4: Confirm Your Details

Double-check that you have entered your registration number correctly. The system is automatic, so it is very important that this is accurate.

​Step 5: Touch to Validate

Once you are sure the number is correct, tap the blue button that says "TOUCH TO VALIDATE PARKING." You will see a confirmation message on the screen.

​Step 6: Enjoy Your Massage

That's it! Your parking is now validated for up to 4 hours. You can relax and enjoy your massage without any worries.

​What to Do If You Get a Parking Ticket

​We understand that it's easy to forget to validate your parking. If you receive a breach notice (ticket) from Smart Compliance Management, please follow these steps immediately:

​Step 1: Do NOT pay the fine.

You have the right to appeal the notice.

​Step 2: Appeal Online

Go to the Smart Compliance Management website and look for the "Appeal a Notice" or "Dispute a Notice" section. You will need the breach notice number from the ticket and your vehicle's registration number.

​Step 3: Write Your Appeal

In your appeal, explain that you were a genuine client of Le Siam Thai Massage and simply forgot to enter your details into the validation machine.

​Step 4: Attach Your Receipt as Proof

This is the most important step. In your appeal, you must upload or attach a copy of your receipt from our business. This proves that you were a paying customer and were entitled to park here. A screenshot of your bank statement showing a payment to us on that date can also work.

​Step 5: Submit Your Appeal

Submit the appeal as soon as possible. As long as you appeal within the timeframe on the ticket, the fine will be on hold while they review your case.

​We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Please remember to validate your parking every time you visit!
