Wondering what actually happens in a Kangatraining session?
Here's what to expect:
✨ We kick things off with a warm-up to get your body moving and give you a taste of the dance steps to come.
🔥 Then it's down to the mat for some core and pelvic floor work to get our bodies fired up.
💃Time to dance! Don't worry, no experience necessary - it's straight forward, low impact, but guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping.
🍑 Squats and lunges get the lower body burning, and then we jump straight back into some more dance for a fun release.
💪Arms, Barre and Repeaters finish us off strong and complete the full body workout
🧘♀️And finally we have dedicated pelvic floor work, stretches and we wind down with a chat. A space to share horror stories and successes, and simply get to know each other a little better.
