Dear ladies, due to inflation and the rising costs of operating I will need to increase my pricing by an average of 5% for all bookings made after August 1st, 2025.
This will be the first time since opening my business two years ago and I have tried to hold off as long as possible.
The price increase will not affect any bookkngs made prior to August 1st, even if the appointment falls after this date.
Any giftvouchers purchased prior to Augus 1st will be honoured to the treatment written on the voucher.
I want to express my gratitude for your continued support and loyalty. It has been because of all of you I have been able to grow Soulstice!❤️

Hi to all my new followers, id like to introduce myself 🙋🏼‍♀️
I'm Sabrina, the face behind Soulstice, which I started up two years ago.
I have been in the beauty and wellness industry for almost 13 years now.
The Netherlands is where I learned my skill and gained my Beauty Therapy diploma, whilst working in a spa and wellness resort in Amsterdam.
I offer relaxation massage mixed with Hawaiian lomi lomi, gentle stretches and a tiny bit of deep tissue, tailored to your needs and wishes. People describe my treatments as loving, slow, mindful, grounding and nurturing. I offer holistic treatments; I am mindful about the way you feel mentally, emotially and spiritually and I start every treatment with some grounding breaths to calm the mind as well as the body. My facials are relaxing yet effective, using power packed products and lifting massage techniques. I have a beautiful studio out the back of my garden, its my little sanctuary and I am hoping to see you there ❤️

The gel cream is an anti age defense moisturiser to protect skin from pollution. Shea butter, squalene and glycerine leave your skin firmer and well hydrated.

The gentle foaming cleanser effectively removes make- up, spf and urban dust build up
With a frangrance of essential oil of juniper, cedar, coriander, geranium cardamon and jasmine.

I've got 2 wild boys aged 5 & 7

Im very good at procrastinating😬⛷️

I have had jobs in Switzerland as a skiteacher and selling paragliding flights⛷️

Left to go overseas at age 19

Back in the day out of all the treatments I always felt the most insecure about massage. An hour long massage was torture for me because of lack of confidence🫠

I would love to get a Bernadoodle but timing isn't right 🐶

I grew up in Haarlem, the Netherlands🌷

Doing nails is something that I don't like doing and I am not very good at it 🙃

I started studying to become a podiatrist but never finished it.

To celebrate 1 year of Soulstice and to acknowledge the Winter Solstice I have put together a little special to celebrate!

I chose the name Soulstice because the word 'Solstice' literally means 'sun to stand still'.
I wanted to create a space and offer treatments where you can 'stand still', lose yourself in the moment and forget everything around you. No rushing or thinking about what's next. We need to make time for this, no one else will do it for you!

Winter is meant to be a deeply nourishing time in your life, it's meant to nurture and restore you. It's meant to ground you and calm your nervous system.
Most of us don't have the luxury of hibernating over winter, like we should. Winter is asking you: can you lean into rest whenever you are able? Can you find small, simple places where you can embrace rest?

The winter solstice is the shortest day but it is also the moment the sun starts to gain light gradually.
I love that for people it used to be a time of introspection, when they paused to contemplate their journey and express gratitude for the past year.

I am looking back on my first year with Soulstice with gratitude and fulfilment and am excited for what is to come and how Soulstice will continue to evolve. Thank you all for supporting me and my small business. Here is to another year of nourishing treatments and heartfelt connections!
