ercises with playfulness and breathing to boost your immune system, lower stress, and create a lasting sense of optimism. It’s a gentle yet aerobic activity that helps you shake off the day and leave feeling energized. Some of the Benefits You'll Experience:
Feel Better Fast: Release "happy hormones" like endorphins and serotonin. Reduce Stress: Naturally lower cortisol and strengthen your immune system. Boost Vitality: Improve circulation, concentration, and creativity. Build Resilience: Develop a positive coping mechanism for life’s challenges. Join our New Plymouth Sessions
When: Every Monday, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (excluding January & Public Holidays). Where: 156 Tukapa Street, Westown NP. Cost: $5 donation towards room hire. What to bring: Water and a yoga mat for the relaxation phase. Safety First: While laughter is the best medicine, there are some medical contraindications.
