Why Laughter Yoga?
Laughter is one of our most powerful tools for health and resilience. As a qualified Counsellor and Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher, I’ve seen firsthand how intentional laughter, play and breathing can transform both physical and mental well-being.
Laughter Yoga isn't about complex poses, we combine playful laughter exercises with playfulness and breathing to boost your immune system, lower stress, and create a lasting sense of optimism. It’s a gentle yet aerobic activity that helps you shake off the day and leave feeling energized.

Join our New Plymouth Sessions for Adults
When: Every Monday, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (excluding January & Public Holidays).
Where: 156 Tukapa Street, Westown NP.
Cost: $5 donation towards room hire.
What to bring: Water and a yoga mat for the relaxation phase.
