Laughter Yoga with Clare

Laughter Yoga group meets in New Plymouth on a Monday night at 6-7pm Level 2, 44 Liardet Street, New Plymouth. Cost is $5 donation towards the room hire.

Please email clare@clareludlam.co.nz by 12pm on the Monday to register. Bring some water as it is an aerobic activity and a yoga mat for the relaxation. (I do have some extras)

No classes on Public Holidays or in January. Laughter Yoga is so good for your mental and physical wellbeing. It isn't like ordinary yoga but instead combines the yogic breathing and laughter exercises with childlike playfulness to...
- release endorphins and serotonin to make you feel better
- reduce stress and strengthen the immune system
- improve circulation
- support good mental health provide a coping mechanism through challenges and
- improve concentration and creativity
- and more benefits! Contraindications:
It is not okay to do Laughter Yoga if you are suffering from some conditions. Check out the website to find out what these are. Otherwise come along and give it a go:)
