As a practitioner, I'm constantly seeking better ways to support my clients and help them achieve optimal health. Can you believe the year is almost over! Nor can we! less than 3 weeks until Christmas.

So a couple of things we keep getting asked in clinic is how can I look after my liver at this time. Well that's easy, pick a detox option! Or take your beta plus (we have an email coming to your inbox on how to look after your body over Christmas holidays)

If you are wanting to hire a machine, order extra supplements and need a weekend option, then please come in on Saturday 17th then you don't need to worry about courier stress and nor do we 😋

The biggest piece of feedback i'm always getting from you, is how much you love hearing my thoughts on your voice prints and foot detoxes! I like to protect my Saturdays for family time, but I do love being in the detox centre especially at this time of the year as it has such a fun buzz!!

Ever wondered what is looks like to be an Alive client. Well we are changing it again for 2023. I love listening to clients feedback, I love changing things and trying to support you more! I want everyone to have the support they need and get the results they deserve.

My favourite part of my job is educating and empowering clients.

Did you know as a child I always wanted to be a teacher? So I could boss people around, Maybe? 😋 BUT more importantly so I could pass on knowledge so I could share what I learnt with others. To me teachers are generous, they see the potential in your life of who you can be! They support you!
I love that role as a health practitioner.

As a health practitioner I don't want to just fix someone's results NOW. I want to set YOU up so you can be your own health practitioner in the future.

I understand that when clients have their appointments with me, they want RESULTS. We need to make major changes in your life! After working with hundreds of clients I know that lasting change happens when you know the WHY! I want clients to know the WHY! That's why as an ALIVE client you get access to the twice monthly online Wellness Collective Sessions.
