☕️ I often have guidance through for clients to 'fill their own cup', and the response is usually,
"Yeah, I need to that more."
They know how their cup ends up empty 🫗
Giving more than receiving.. you know how it goes, yes to things you really dont want to do, or don't have time for.. your commitments to others outweigh the commitments to yourself.
But how do we action 'the filling of the cup' ?
The million dollar question, because my life looks different from yours, thats something you need to ask yourself.
But, perhaps it looks like:
🌼 Saying 'no'
🌼 A day trip with your bestie
🌼 Solo trip to a farmers market
🌼 Spa treatment or massage
🌼 A walk around a park or gardens
Or maybe it's a vacation to Fiji 😉
For me, I find lots of things fill my cup- but yesterday & this morning have left it overflowing ✨️
I spent Saturday with like-minded souls in a space i look forward to every month. I always leave uplifted & a little bit wiser.
Last night, Samantha May held her beautiful Sacred Sound Ceremony at Nurture Studio, the perfect end to my day.
I woke up this morning (my partner is away filling his own cup on his boat) and took myself for breakfast at our local café, then brought myself new un**es! 😆
I've returned home, unpacked my shopping treats, and now I'm having a moment to unwind
However, filling your cup looks to you, remember its your time to spend on yourself without judgment or urgency.
You deserve it 💚
