It takes real strength to speak your truth as a man to open up about your past, your pain, and your healing. Conrad’s kōrero reminds us that vulnerability is courage, and that healing starts when we choose to talk.

Conrad found a new direction one built on hope, belief, and aroha. Today, he looks to God for guidance and walks with purpose, determined to break cycles and be a better man for his whānau.

He mihi nui teenei ki a koe Conrad 🍃

⚠️ This kōrero includes discussion about su***de and metal health. Please take care of yourself and reach out if you need support.
