✨ You can train your mind anywhere

🌹 Whatever you’re doing, you can still practise your mind. Even if you’ve only got 1 or 2 minutes, just make your mind calm and still, gently focusing in the centre of your body.

🌹 You can even practise in the bathroom — it’s not wrong. Wherever you practise becomes a good place. Every place is fine for making your mind peaceful, just by being still.

🌹 Some people think it’s wrong to practise while using the toilet, but that’s not true. It’s not bad at all — it can even be something good. Your mind is thinking of good things, like the Triple Gem, while your body is just doing its natural job. So really, you can practise anywhere, and do it well.

“An offering to the Saṅgha is more than a simple act of giving.
It is an offering of faith placed in the living stream of the Dhamma and Vinaya —
flowing from the past, present, and into the future.
Not directed to any single individual,
it embraces both the conventional and the Noble Saṅgha,
the most fertile field of merit in this world.
So long as the Noble Eightfold Path continues to shine,
the world is never without the awakened.
Such giving is never lost —
it quietly grows, deepens, and returns as boundless merit within the heart of the giver.”

Truly a beautiful image. The composition, especially in a vertical frame, complements the model’s tall, slender form, bringing everything into harmony. The background also blends in effortlessly.

One might describe this image as follows:
No matter the era, the light of a candle symbolises wisdom and compassion held gently in your hands — it simply requires mindful attention to truly understand.

Natthi santiparaṃ sukhaṃ
There is no happiness greater than peace.

Natthi paññāsamā ābhā
There is no light equal to wisdom.

Inner Feelings

Each day, our meditation feels different.
Some days we feel like intentional listening by repeating "Samma Arahang"some days we don’t.

Some days we feel like visualising a mental image… some days we don’t.

Whatever arises within, gently go with it. There’s no need to force the mind.

The path to the Dhamma is simple.
The mind naturally seeks comfort, calmness, and ease—
not tension, not pressure, not resistance.

So just follow the natural flow of your mind.
Sometimes, simplicity is all that’s needed.
