Essential oils (EO’s). What are they?
EO’s are compounds extracted from plants and contain the essence of a plant. For example 1.5kg of lavender flowers are required to produce just 15ml of lavender essential oil. However being in such a high concentration of essence (about 100x more concentrated than the plant itself) only a couple of drops mixed with water in a diffuser is needed to enjoy the calming effects of lavender.
A combination of different EO’s can be mixed with a carrier oil during massage to help the body deal with different needs such as headaches, migraines, muscle aches, spasms, insomnia, stress, anxiety, depression, respiratory issues, concentration, skin health and insomnia. The oils used are tailored to your specific needs with no extra cost.
