This week in Community Core Synergy we’re exploring grounded strength and responsive balance β€” engaging the deep core while releasing excess effort. Strength that’s centred and soft, not braced. Stability that lets your breath move freely.

We’ll also spend a little more time in meditation at the end of class.

Why? Because meditation strengthens the brain.

Consistent practice supports focus and emotional regulation (prefrontal cortex), reduces stress reactivity (amygdala) and improves nervous system regulation. It builds resilience, concentration and better sleep β€” helping you respond rather than react.
