My mission is to guide and support women to achieve their health and wellness goals and live vital, empowered lives. I offer a holistic approach to health and meet the client where they are at, providing a welcoming and non-judgemental environment. When clients book in for a nutrition consultation, we start with a full case take to understand their goals in the context of their medical history, current health, medical conditions, medications or supplements. I take a week or so to undertake any research required and then prepare a personalised plan which includes specific recommendations regarding nutrition, meal plans and recipes, lifestyle recommendations and sometimes referral for testing or other modalities. Flower essence or aromatherapy blends may also form part of the plan if appropriate. I meet with the client again to discuss, explain and agree the plan with the client. I also offer stand alone flower essence consultations where we can take a deeper dive into aspects of the personality, body, mind, emotions and spirit, and identify remedies to support harmony and balance. My background
I am an avid nature enthusiast and visit the beach or bush almost every day. Life experiences have taught me that being close to nature provides the foundation of my mental, emotional and physical health. I want to support others to achieve and maintain wellness through a stronger connection to nature and all that it offers in terms of food, medicine and a healing environment. I feel a rush when I see a plate laden with beautifully coloured vegetables and fruits, which my children think is hilarious. There is so much joy for me in preparing a nutritious meal with love and intention and enjoying it with family and friends. I’m not a naturally gifted chef, but fortunately I’m always willing to learn and improve. Recently establishing a regular mindfulness and yoga practice has become an essential component of health and vitality for me, and I am constantly exploring and experiencing different mind-body approaches. I am so grateful for the health challenges and learnings in my life so far, particularly with regards to skin and gut health, sleep and body image, which enrich the quality of service that I can offer to other women seeking improved health and vitality.
