My adorable, beloved Toto left us this morning! He was a free spirit and every time I tried to kept him inside, I could hear in his purr how much sorrow there was in being held inside. I had to trust and believe that there is an order in the universe, and we have to trust and respect it!

I buried Toto this morning, by myself, as he was my cat, the cat I share with my daughter Sofia and my yoga community! Now, just mourning… 🙏🥰🧘‍♂️

LITTLE COBRA YOGA for Kids... 🪱 Our classes started small with my little cobra in the picture. 🐦 We are now opening classes for children between 5 and 9 years old. 🐵🙈🙉🙊🐒 Your kids will learn:

- Basic yoga poses to strengthen their spine and teach balance and focus.
- breathing exercises and building towers using their breath ✈️
- The principles of yoga - Non-violence, truthfulness, contentment, discipline, focus, attention and respect♥️

At the end of the class, use have the musical space, where kids learn gentleness in your order to play with the instruments🎹🎼🎤

WEDNESDAY 4:00 - 5:00 PM
