Your head and hair are tapu; the hair comes from the tap root, which holds your DNA. As it grows from your scalp, it holds your history. This is why when you get a haircut, you always feel lighter, weightless, because you have cut away all of the crap.
DO NOT leave your DNA on the floor at your hairdresser's.
Take a bag and ask for it to be returned to you for you to dispose of it yourself. Either bury it in Papatūānuku or burn it and place the ash in your garden. The same goes for your nail clippings.

In this ritual process, I removed the dreaded hair of my client; it took 90 minutes to cut, and I was grateful to be able to save some of her length. It resembled an embryo. I have seen this before with hair after I had burnt it. I asked her if she had lost a baby, and she had five years prior, around the same time her hair dreaded.
She took the piece home to process her emotions and grieve, and upon her return, we released the situation by burning.

If you are a healing client of mine, the Blood Moon Eclipse at 6.09 am this morning is the perfect time to clear and transmute stagnant mauri (energy) that no longer serves you.
Write a list of the emotions you no longer want in your world. Burn & release.
Write another list of manifestations you invite into your world. Burn & release and watch the universe shift in your favour.
If you have issues, you need to address them or apologise to the people you need to apologise to, then be brave and do it. Redress the balance, set your wrongs right and invite peace, joy, and happiness into your peace of mind for abundance to flow.

We had a blast supporting Te Kahui Collective featuring 6 Indigenous designers on the runway , , .co, , , and .studios.

I have attended Fashion Week since its inception, taking on various roles over the 13 years I was involved, including Makeup Team, Hair Team, Wardrobe buyer for Māori Television, and writer for Snapstar Media. Today, I had the opportunity to enjoy the environment with my good friend Ngapera.

I am aware that a new team is at the helm, and I am sure they will expand their aims upon reflection.
The location was perfect, but be cautious when purchasing tickets; the seating layout may not match what you receive on the day.
The upstairs area was empty until after each show and would usually be a hive of energy and networking, a missed opportunity.
The team at Dream Me was doing hair with only one person on, no makeup touch-ups, no nail services, and no fashion sales, except for one designer. There is definitely room for expansion, and no Fashion Weekend for the public, which was always packed.

When a human views themselves as physically beautiful, it changes their self-perception, and the internal narrative adjusts to fit their self-perception.

Please check!!
I have been a registered voter for decades. I just checked that I was still registered, and I was shocked to find that I had to re-register?! What is going on??

Earlier this week, I was emailed about changes to voting rules by the Coalition Government, which will make it harder for people to vote in the general election next year.
Since then, there have been hundreds of reports of people checking their enrolment details and finding that they are no longer registered to vote or they are on the wrong electoral roll.

Whoever you vote for, make sure that you are registered because something dodgy is going on.
