Once again I apologize for my chicken scratch handy work here πŸ˜…

Here is a line of tension that your body will utilize to run/walk for example.
I could relate this back with clients describing that their groin/adductors always feel tight, deep hip ache, tenderness/sensitivity on the opposite side(around the midsection), shortness of breath and pain in the rib cage when taking a deep breath then finishing off numbness running down the arm to the fingers(usually nerve compression somewhere through the neck/shoulder/arm)

The blue being the skeletal structure that provides support and leverage, the red representing the soft tissue involved that works together to transfer kenetic force, maintain balance and posture and the finally the green line is the representation of tension which is frequently described by the client experiencing discomfort or pain.
