Completed the 10km Albany run and managed to shave off 20 minutes compared to last year—really pleased with the result. It was tough to concentrate on my own run because, as a work habit, I've been observing other runners' biomechanics. I noticed many runners with significant arch collapse (pronation). I wanted to tap them on the shoulder and say, "You might need more supportive running shoes and orthotics!"
