Two things I always do to unwind from my day 🌀
☁️ face cleanse //
I take a few minutes to wash my face [key word] intentionally — using a quality oil cleanser to melt away my SPF and the day itself. I use it as a moment to slow down: a loving lil facial massage, some proper deep breaths and a reminder to come back into my body.
☁️ shower ritual //
I visualise the entire day washing off me and down the drain. Anything that feels sticky, heavy, icky, or just too much gets released with the water. If I’m feeling extra dense, I’ll reach for a body brush or scrub to help clear the energetic clutter too.
