Certainly not easy sharing this (a bit of shame and failure rearing their heads) but it's become very apparent to me lately just how important community & connection is. And I am really missing that.

This doesn't mean I won't still be doing breathwork, running Expand experience or the Wellness Haven, it just means things may look a little different come 2026.

I am keeping my heart open to any opportunities that the universe has in store for me ♡

Life is lifing right now and I have never felt so confused as to what my next steps are 🤯😵‍💫

Which really isn't like me. I usually know exactly what I want and how to get it. RN I am so unsure about a lot of things, so I will be stepping away from any work other than the Wellness Haven & The Poddy for the time being (and Expand Experience will still be happening next year).

For the past 8 years I have been either renovating houses or building businesses and I think it's time I actually took a break (as much as I can). My body needs it, my mind needs it, I know I need it.

And I know there's something wonderful for me just around the corner but this season is calling for me to strip back everything and only focus on what I am enjoying doing.

Breathwork is a somatic practice, meaning it works directly with the body to release stored emotions, tension, and energy. In my eyes, it is one of the most profound modalities for transformation and healing. I’ve witnessed countless clients shift their lives in meaningful ways from a single 60-minute breathwork journey.

It’s something that’s hard to fully explain in words, because breathwork is meant to be felt. Each person’s experience is unique, and the understanding truly comes through the body, not the mind.

From a scientific perspective, specific breathing patterns activate both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. This combination allows us to access places in the body where emotions and stress have been stored from past experiences. Through the breath, we’re able to release that trapped energy, creating space for new clarity, new intentions, and new experiences to enter your life.

Some of the benefits of breathwork include:

• Feeling less anxious
• A deeper connection to yourself and your body
• Reduced aches and pains
• More clarity and focus
• A clearer understanding of what you truly want
• A sense of freedom and lightness

My final Breathwork Journey for the year is happening on 13 December at The Wellness Haven: a powerful three-hour experience with conscious connected breathwork, visualization, cacao, and journaling.

You can keep chasing, achieving, and moving the goal post but if the internal work hasn't been done, then the satisfaction of achievement is going to be very fleeting.

The internal work of beliefs, upbringing, habits, routines and boundaries are so important to look at before we dive into the world of manifesting external things, but it is often overlooked.

Inside of Expand, we spend the first 5 weeks diving deep into these foundations, so that when you complete the 8 week experience, you are going out into the world with all the tools and regulations to actually be able to hold what it is you're calling in.

If you feel like you've tried everything and you're constantly moving the goal further and further but it never gives you the satistaction that you're craving then this is the work you need, this is the work that matters, this is the work that works. I have witnessed it time and time again.

We begin the 5th of February and I would love to have you in this space ✨️
