The schedule is created around our community, created for you by you 💕 reach out if there’s a time and day we don’t have, based on interested and time availability these classes will be added to our schedule. This way we’re not creating schedules simply to create a schedule.
The fav Early Rise through to the 9:30am classes will continue along with Privates, these are your Foundational L1 and Progressive L2 mat and reformer classes with evening classes being added as the cooler weather arrives these classes will be the relaxation your mind is searching for at the end to your day 🍂
And yes, the Hybrid mixed equipment will be reappearing on the schedule 🔥🌶️🍑 This is a Progressive L2, its glutes, core and as always on form.
Foundational L1 classes are programmed to create a solid foundation, these classes start from the base and bring awareness from the lower kinetic chain up. Throughout, the Principles underpin our movements creating an even deeper connection to our bodies.
Progressive L2 classes build on the Foundational work, here we continue to challenge strength and mobility and flexibility of the body. These class exercises would be described as ‘fun’ by Nara, meaning they challenge your mind just as much as your body 👌
We have classes for hapū and postpartum mummas, if you’re new to the studio please reach out to chat, it is of great importance to us that you come into the right class for you.
We also offer complimentary consults, if you haven’t tried Pilates or experienced the method on all equipment this is an excellent opportunity! You’ll be taken through foundational exercises, the principles explained and see what each piece of equipment offers. This is also highly recommended for those with injuries or medical conditions prior to joining class or are considering privates.
