Lead Instructor Nara is Comprehensively STOTT Trained Pilates Instructor and Qualified Personal Trainer (AUT), has 3 children, 2 grandchildren, runs an Ag Contracting business with her husband and has had a rollercoaster of health problems from Hashiomotos to Adenomyosis to herniated discs. She knows how hard it is to juggle life and everything that comes with it! Nara is here for you to set realistic goals, creating functional fitness programming and support.
