Did you know alternate nostril breathing can help reduce stress and anxiety in just a few minutes?
Itโs a gentle, grounding practice โ and all you need is your breath.
How to try it:
Close your right nostril with your thumb
Inhale slowly through your left nostril
Close your left nostril with your ring finger
Exhale slowly through your right nostril
Inhale through the right, close it
Exhale through the left โ thatโs one full round
โจ Repeat slowly for a few minutes
