Gosh, only 3 weeks left until the Suffer Tri in Rotorua. Feeling stronger and fitter than I have in years. Today I had my first shockwave treatment on my foot, mmm that was interesting, I figure if I can survive the hideous pain of violent electrocution, Ironman really won't seem so bad.
