Join Clare & Jae for an experience designed to connect, have some fun, release stress and nourish your nervous system.
Through cacao, breath work, yoga flow & somatic movement, guided reflection, yin yoga, and a Reiki relaxation journey, we’ll reset your energy and ease your mind—together.

This class is open to all—to connect with like minded people & us, to delight in delicious cacao, to create space, to move & take care of our bodies, to BREATHE, to soak in some good nourishing rest & reiki light and sprinkle it all with a little fun.
More about us... Clare Newton ~ Clare is a 200+ hr Blissology trained yoga teacher, as well as a qualified Yin & Restorative yoga teacher. 'As a yoga teacher my passion is slower flows, giving time and options for each pose, making my classes available to every body.' She is also an amazing mum of 3 who enjoys taking walks with her dog Pearl, loves a good coffee and spending time in nature taking in all this beautiful country has to offer.
Jae Omnet ~ A guide for mindset, mental wellbeing & healthy happiness. A safe space holder, Reiki Master/Teacher, 500hr Blissology yoga teacher, NLP Practitioner and an energy specialist. She is honoured to be an aunty and a lover of peaceful calm, love to a good dance, to explore nature & connect to the elements as well as curl up in front of fire with a good book & nourishing home cooked food.
