Kiwi Big Breakfast for our residents!

Every now and then, they crave for bacon and eggs. And who doesn't like bacon and eggs isn't it? So we decided to give them another Kiwi Big Breakfast. What's on the menu?

Menu 1: Bacon and scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, hashbrown, baked beans on toast

Menu 2: Sausages and sunny side up, grilled mushrooms, hashbrown, spaghetti on toast

Beverage: Tropical Fruit Juice

Special coffee: Cappucino or flat white

Dessert: Filipino Fruit Salad Topped with Vanilla Ice Cream

Last Friday, we had a very special guest who entertained us with some old classic music from Tom Jones, Matt Monroe and some others.
He was none other than my Dad. He came to New Zealand to visit for 3 weeks and of course we won't let his vacation finish without him rendering his charismatic voice to the residents at Sandringham House Rest Home.
