The Theta Healing® technique is a meditation technique utilizing a spiritual philosophy with the purpose of improvement in mind, body and spirit. The theta brain wave is the state of mind where it is believed you can create everything and change reality instantly. WHAT IS A THETA HEALING SESSION®? A Theta Healing® Session is a private one-on-one session using guided meditation to access limiting beliefs and trapped emotions buried in the unconscious mind, for change. Theta Healing® helps you remove negative beliefs from your subconscious mind and reprograms your brain with positive beliefs. Theta healing helps clear beliefs, gain confidence, heightened self awareness and psychic abilities.
PREPARING FOR A SESSION
You can prepare for a session by being fully hydrated with pure water as we will use a muscle testing technique (derived from Kinesiology) to identify key limiting beliefs. Write down 3 challenges you are having in your life you would like to change today. Plan your itinerary and time zone to arrive on time.
