Another week another shout out to our pharmacist Holly who today and tomorrow is competing in the CrossFit elite division at the New Zealand Championships in Cambridge. Holly will be completing a variety of complex movements including bar muscle ups, chest to bars, handstand walks and a 2 mile run. Holly qualified 14th for this event and we are all very excited to see her excel and have all her hard work and dedication pay off.

A big shout out to very own Holly and her CrossFit564 team heading away to the 2025 CrossFit Team Nationals.
In 2025, the New Zealand Fitness Festival, home of the Team Nationals competition, will take place at Mystery Creek Events Centre over 25-26th October. The Team Nationals will see fitness fans and enthusiasts alike from all across New Zealand come together for a weekend full of competition.
6 person team, 10 workouts across 2 days. Over 300 teams at the event.
