Figures like this reflect the scale of work underway and the real need our Raukūmara ngahere had faced for such a long time.

Imagine the pressure lifted with 10,366 fewer deer and 2,033 fewer goats browsing on everything in sight.

The relief this brings to the forest is immense! Seedlings can grow, undergrowth can return and the ngahere can be given back its right to thrive.

These figures are significant yes, but the real story is the Raukūmara itself. The possibilities are limitless 🪺🦜🦎🐌🦇🦉🦅🪲🐠🌳
