As we flow toward the end of the year, it’s time to pause, soften, and soak in all that this season brings.
Our final class for the year will be Friday, 19th December, and we’ll reopen on Tuesday 6th January.

New Summer Timetable 🌊
As we move into the warmth and spaciousness of summer, our schedule is shifting to honour the season’s natural rhythm, more sunlight, more ocean time, and more opportunities to practice outside.
Beginning the first week of December, our Fridays will look a little different:
NEW Friday Schedule:
• 9:30 AM — Blue Mind Yoga (Ta***ic Hatha) at West End
A grounding, breath-led practice by the ocean to settle your mind and connect with the water’s calming energy.
• 12:00 PM — SUP Yoga at Port Ohope
Flow, play, and find balance on the water — the perfect way to welcome the weekend.
The rest of our weekly offerings remain the same, giving you a nourishing blend of Power Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha throughout the week.

Living My Dharma ✨
I feel so blessed to be walking the path of my dharma sharing the great love of yoga.
Sometimes that means stepping away to refill my own cup, so I can return with even more to give.
I’ll be heading to Australia with to connect, learn, and recharge, before diving straight into our beautiful Spring Retreat in Taūpo.
Please note: The studio will be closed from 7–13 October.

Can you believe the end of the year is already on the horizon?
This season always feels like a beautiful pause, a moment to reflect.
Opening Nidhi this year has been one of my greatest joys, and it wouldn’t have been possible without each of you. The energy, the commitment, and the love you’ve brought into our community have made it feel like so much more than a yoga studio, it’s become a sanctuary of wellness, connection, and shared growth.
To celebrate and close this year with warmth and gratitude, I’d love for you to join me for an end of year gathering at my home on Saturday, 6th December. It will be a chance to slow down, breathe, connect, and simply enjoy each other’s company before the holiday rush begins.
