… Think about it, your spine is the power house to the rest of the body. It controls whether you can bend forward to pick up that thing you just dropped as well as being home and connection to all the nerves and muscles that help to move our limbs - if your cervical spine (neck vertebre) is compressed, depending on the severity, you’ll feel that down your shoulders and arms, which can worsen to pins and needles down to your fingers.
