Waiheke Island is just 40minutes by ferry from downtown Auckland! We live in Onetangi down a little dirt road nestled in a beautiful valley with two of Waiheke's best vineyards. Just over the hill and a short walk to the beach and the bus connecting you with the rest of the island.
