Been in the garden today and the allergies are off the charts since coming inside.

No anti-histamines on hand so trusty essential oils to the rescue! Didn’t have Blue Tansy so just added an extra drop of Roman Chamomile.

Rolled it along my temples, that triangle behind the ears and across my sternum. Have done it a couple of times already and the itchiness is subsiding.

I also washed my face and applied the Verage toner liberally and then the moisturiser too - this helped with the itchy face.
