💛 ACC Whānau Navigation — Free Support for Whānau
From Ōpōtiki and down the cape✔️

Navigating the ACC system can be confusing and overwhelming, especially when you’re focused on healing and looking after your whānau. Our ACC Whānau Navigation team at KŌ Kollective Trust is here to help, at no cost to you.

We can support you to:
• Understand your ACC entitlements
• Lodge, progress, or review a claim
• Access treatment options
• Receive advocacy and navigation support

Whether it’s an injury, mental health claim, or long-term recovery plan, you don’t have to go through it alone. Our kaimahi are here to walk alongside you and your whānau every step of the way.

“Ko toiora te whāinga taioerore, mō ngā whānau, me te aporei whānui.”

Our people are being targeted. 🎯
The gambling industry knows exactly where to aim, our communities, our culture, our hopes for a better life. Now it’s social media influencers showing the “glamour” of gambling, while the silent pain grows in our homes.

Our whānau deserve better. Our rangatahi deserve truth, not temptation.

Let’s stand together, protect our mana, and remind each other: we are worth more than their profits.

Manaaki te tangata, ahakoa ko wai, ahakoa nō hea ✨
“Care for the person, no matter who they are or where they come from.” Nā, Hira Te Popo

In Te Ao Māori, manaaki reminds us that the strength of our whānau lies in how we uplift and care for one another. When we see gambling harm starting to affect our people, manaaki calls us to act with compassion to listen, and awhi without judgment.
By holding to our mātāpono of manaaki, we create safe spaces where healing and connection replace harm and disconnection.
