A beautiful way to close off an incredible 8 weeks spent with wāhine from all walks of life. Together we’ve connected, shared space, and offered parts of ourselves. Each week brought growth in confidence, in openness, and in learning something new (sometimes even for the very first time).

Tonight we celebrate the journey, the courage, and the sisterhood that has been woven throughout HER Haven 2. ✨🌿

Disconnect to Reconnect with Te Kapa o Waioweka 🌿✨

This kaupapa is designed to encourage whānau wellbeing in Ōpōtiki, by supporting whānau to disconnect from harmful or unhealthy behaviours and to instead foster meaningful connections with environments and activities that promote hauora.

Central to this kaupapa is kapa haka, which provides a culturally grounded and collective space for whānau to strengthen identity, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
