und out that there was so much more that I could be doing at home (around my doctor, hospital and surgery appointments, and kids…) to support my mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Since being cancer free I quit my old job and have dedicated my life to helping others on their cancer journeys. Being a Neuro Change Practitioner, I live to inspire and educate others to create a lifestyle that is healthy and mindful, positive and resilient to accelerate the healing process – just like I have done for myself.

A Healthier you is a CHOICE you can make..

If you live mindfully in your choices, do your own research (and be inspired by others) you you feel more liberated.

Eat whole foods (learn how to cook and make food like our grandmothers, organic where you can), use natural ingredients as much as we can and buy locally.

Deal with health issues before they escalate, detox regularly (heavy metal and parasite).

Keep your vibration high - (stay out of fear by being in the state of creating, that’s planning, applying actions, keep going towards your goals, not the trajectory on the news)

And course be willing to adapt !!! Try new ways.

People have forgotten about the power of one. Having hope in a brighter future, is a collective thing 😉👍
So associate with people who have these ambitions and drive, and you will learn from them and they will learn from you. Feeling community in sharing is gold 😜

Living by example... not as perfection but as a process!
Living by example can be a lonely journey when you are starting out, but later on becomes an inspiring and proud story! Especially to my kids and my husband, family and my wider network.

I've used sheer determination to keep on practicing these 5 principals, even when 'life throws at me'... Actually it's this kind of work that has made me more healthy and resilient as the time goes by.

Process for CHANGE begins with a robust plan!

A simple calendar with a tailored health daily routine can be an easy way to not get overwhelmed by the big goal of restored health.

I love the physical way of writing it and ticking it off by hand. Instead of ticking an app. Each tick produces happy chemicals in your brain, motivating you to do the next step and keep up the good work!
