A Healthier you is a CHOICE you can make..
If you live mindfully in your choices, do your own research (and be inspired by others) you you feel more liberated.
Eat whole foods (learn how to cook and make food like our grandmothers, organic where you can), use natural ingredients as much as we can and buy locally.
Deal with health issues before they escalate, detox regularly (heavy metal and parasite).
Keep your vibration high - (stay out of fear by being in the state of creating, thatβs planning, applying actions, keep going towards your goals, not the trajectory on the news)
And course be willing to adapt !!! Try new ways.
People have forgotten about the power of one. Having hope in a brighter future, is a collective thing ππ
So associate with people who have these ambitions and drive, and you will learn from them and they will learn from you. Feeling community in sharing is gold π
