Tomorrow’s Special Edition Wednesday Morning Breath Club at Orewa Beach 🌊

We’re excited to welcome back Wessel & Giulia from …trained Owaken Breathwork facilitators, yoga teachers, and genuinely great humans dedicated to helping people develop deeper self-awareness and connection.

🕡 Start Time: 6:30am
💨 Guided Breathwork Session
🔥 Sauna + Cold Plunge FREE for Breath Club crew until 7:30am
💰 Cost: Free
📍 No booking needed
🙏 No experience required … just come curious and on time

This session will be a little different from our usual Wim Hof-style format. The breathwork will be guided in a lying-down position, so please bring warm comfortable clothing.

BREATH CLUB — a Wednesday, Orewa Beach

Arrival: 6:25am on Orewa Beach in front of the sauna
Best place to park is on the road near Faridas Italian Restaurant
226 Hibiscus Highway, Orewa

Start: 6:30am sharp

6:30am — Arrival + Movement Warm Up (5 mins)
We begin with 5 minutes of simple joint-opening, just enough to wake the body and bring awareness into breath and posture:
• spinal waves
• shoulder rolls
• neck mobility
• gentle bouncing / shaking to loosen fascia
• slow nasal breathing to come online

6:35am — Guided Breathwork Facing the Sunrise (15–20 mins)
We sit in a semicircle, facing the horizon.
The ocean. The sun. The new day.

We press play on a guided breath recording — classic Wim Hof style or another simple breath session.

A classic Wim Hof breath cycle looks like this:

1. 30–40 powerful breaths — full inhale, relaxed exhale through nose or mouth
2. exhale + hold — hold until the body naturally signals inhale
3. one deep recovery inhale — hold for ~15 seconds
→ Repeat this cycle 3–4 rounds

This shifts the chemistry of the blood, increases adrenaline, mobilises the nervous system, opens consciousness, and creates a deeply grounded alertness.
In other words — helps you feel good.

6:55am — Personal Integration (5 mins)
Silent.
Eyes closed or soft gaze.

This is space for whatever feels true today:
• meditation
• prayer
• intention setting
• gratitude
• listening to the inner signal for the day

7:00am — Sauna + Cold Plunge (optional, 20 mins FREE)
Or jump in the ocean too.

If you wish — we head straight into a free sunrise sauna + cold plunge cycle.

If you want to stay longer — you can book extended time on the spot.

Remember…
Zero expectations.
Zero experience necessary.
