Every month 100 New Zealanders die of bowel cancer.
This month I'm taking part in the Move Your Butt for Bowel Cancer fundraising event. My goal is to walk 250km during February to help save Kiwi lives due to bowel cancer.
All funds raised for Bowel Cancer New Zealand will help support bowel cancer patients, raise awareness and fund research to stop bowel cancer taking the people we love. Thankfully both my sister and one of my nieces have beaten this nasty disease in recent years.

In October 2010 I was asked to massage a 14 year old with Angelman's syndrome by his parents to see if it would improve his mobility and quality of life.
Today I presented him with a new t-shirt to mark the occasion of his 600th massage, and during the massage he pulled me in close to give me a hug. That's his way of thanking me as he is non-verbal. His weekly massages have reduced the effects of his scoliosis, lessened his body aches and enabled him to walk more freely than before.

30mins....$70
45mins....$90
60mins....$110
75mins....$130
90mins....$150
For new clients the fees will be $75, $100, $120, $140 + $160 respectively.

It was pleasing to receive a message today from 2 of last week's satisfied customers. They had achieved a third place and a first place in their age group swimming events in Lake Taupo this morning.

Massages are available Dec 22 + 23, 29, 30 + 31, then from Jan 5th onwards.

Our Story

After graduating with a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage in 2009 I was able to gain experience for 2 years at the Waiwera Thermal Spa Resort while establishing this business in Orewa. Further experience was obtained with professional sports teams visiting Auckland during 2012/13. This included massage for top rugby league, rugby union, netball and water polo teams.

From the outset I have provided massage for members of a wide variety of gyms, including a weekly clinic at Crossfit Birkenhead for 6 years. Massage services were also provided for the annual Orewa Beach Half Marathon from 2011 - 2015. But nowadays the primary focus is on providing clinic-based massage services from our convenient location on the ground floor at 16 Florence Ave in Orewa.
