✨ Welcome to Higher Realms with Kimi ✨

Well hey everyone, I don’t even know where to start. I can honestly say I never thought I’d be writing a post announcing a business name change. Knight Inspired has been a part of my life for the last 8 years! And with it grew an incredible community and brand name known by so many people (I’ve been randomly approached in so many places with people saying hey you’re Kimi from Knight Inspired).

From small market beginnings to a huge online retail store built up with my sister. To opening two different retail stores and finally closing doors for a break to focus on mum life.

2025 was a huge year of reflection and a bit of a pause for the business, I didn’t know where it was going or if I wanted to carry on either. And just over the holiday period I turned my phone off for about 10 days and really tuned into listen to my own inner voice. What came up was totally unexpected, I was finally ready to let the name Knight Inspired go, it was carrying the energy of the beautiful business that it was, not the business that it will be in the future.

So I did a meditation and released the name, asking for the next one to come to me when the time is right, and sure enough, half asleep on the boat the name Higher Realms dropped into my mind and I thought hey yeah I kinda like that.

So I just want to thank Knight Inspired for what it brought to my life, the amount I learnt about running a business, to my sister & family for the years we worked together and the healing it brought to my life when I was at a very lost stage after I lost one of my horses back in 2017.

The name Knight Inspired had dropped into my mind way back in 2018 and look how incredible that turned out, so here’s to a new chapter and sending love to the last one 🌹 ✨

Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you’ve had a wonderful day🎄 I snapped a photo of one of my Rose 🌹 bushes yesterday, I was looking at it remembering that last year, it only had a single flower on it for the whole season. And the year before that, when I planted it, it had nothing, this year there are so many waiting to bloom on this one plant. And it made me smile because this year has been a really tough year, for myself and a lot of other people too (now that I’ve actually chatted to people and realising it’s not just me having a bad time feeling like I’m failing with the business, it was a bit of a general energy all round) but seeing this rose 🌹 I thought you know what, just because you have a crap season doesn’t mean you won’t be brilliant the next , so here’s to a brilliant 2026.

I’ll be off socials for the next week or so while on holiday with my little family, then back to post orders early January, thank you, love to you all.

2025 you’ve been… ahh.. interesting to say the least 😂

This month officially marks 1 whole year since the Orewa shop closed its doors and it’s been a year of lessons, shedding and a fair few mental breakdowns right 😂 year of the Snake and a 9 year collectively means lots of endings and changes.
