A new exciting week ahead! Which classes will you plan into your week? :)

Preparing for a new week! Here are the yoga classes available for this week 😊
- Monday 12th 7.15-8.30pm at The Health Hub, Whangaparaoa
- Tuesday 13th Seniors Yoga PRIVATE SESSIONS and Kore Fitness PRIVATE SESSIONS
- Thursday 15th 6.30-7.45pm at The Childcare Centre, Orewa
Please note there is no class on Wednesday now in order to offer more evening appointments for chiropractic patients.

I'm very excited to announce the launch of my new company, Pure Bliss Wellness Ltd, where I get to combine my two biggest passions; Chiropractic & Yoga :) Please "Like" my page for continued regular yoga class updates (as this page will slowly be used less) as well as chiropractic updates and offers :) I look forward to seeing you all at a class soon! A new week is starting and it's looking good! :D Classes starting on the Whangaparaoa and the classes based at the Childcare Centre, Orewa have been moved to Thursdays as I am now running a private six week yoga course on the North Shore starting this week! CLASS TONIGHT: At the Childcare Centre on the corner of Hibiscus Coast Highway and Centreway Road, Orewa :) Class runs 6:30pm-7:45pm and is $10 so feel free to come along and bring friends and family! I look forward to seeing you there :) Namaste

While I was out on the boat with my Dad today I just had to thank Mother Nature for the incredible day she brought us! Dolphins and whales playing around the boat and then fresh fish for dinner 💜 Have a beautiful long weekend everyone! Namaste 💜
